Returns/Exchanges

Our customers deserve the very best! Our policy offers a 30 day money back guarantee on any unused or undamaged merchandise .If you're not completely satisfied with any product you have ordered, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange as a site credit within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit on any merchandise that is undamaged or unused.

 Simply return your products to us within 30 days of placing your order. If you exchange the product, the shipping cost of sending it back and shipping cost of the new item you order will be on us. Unfortunately, return shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on returned items only.

All teeth whitening product returns are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal and recycling fee on returns past 30-days from ordering. Any type of refund will be issued as store credit if returned after your 30-day window. Because of the nature of our business and products, we are unable to restock or resale any items. 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Third-Party Returns/Exchanges (RobeMart.com)

Merchandise must be undamaged with original tag intact to receive a refund or merchandise exchange. Returns or exchanges of embroidered items, special-orders, final-sale items or other items damaged, used and/or laundered are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges are available only for items shipped within the United States.

Returns Policy

We think of every customer as a friend. Of course, we want all our friends to be happy and fully satisfied with our products. We will reimburse the cost of the product and shipping for all unopened returned items.

Shipping

All orders received before 3PM Monday-Thursday will ship same day and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Standard ground delivery is three to five (3-5) days. Rush Delivery is one to three (1-3) days, possibly less, depending on your location. All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and are FREE of charge. Sorry, but we do not ship our products outside the United States.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Plushsmileteeth@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Plushsmileteeth@gmail.com 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Order Cancellations

Customer is able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email Plushsmileteeth@gmail.com to cancel within the time period.
