BOOKING POLICY

Your appointments are extremely important to us at Plush Smile Teeth LLC, which is why we take pride in reserving an appointment especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments happen. Therefore, we respectfully require customers wishing to reschedule/cancel their appointments to call 678.322.8557 and leave a voicemail with your contact information and appointment time or detailed text message 24 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 broken appointment fee.

STRICLTY ENFORCED 24HR CANCELATION POLICY! THERE IS NO RETURN, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES PERMITTED! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If the requirements of the 24 hour cancellation policy are met, we will gladly allow one appointment reschedule free of charge. Please understand that when you cancel or no show your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunities to receive services. Since the services are personally reserved, if you need to reschedule an additional time, your deposit will be fortified 100%, and you will need to pay an additional deposit to book again. No exceptions at all! if the client no shows/no calls or cancels after the 24 hour policy, the payment is forfeited 100% of service and customer will be charged full payment in addition to a $25 cancellation fee prior to re-booking for a no show/no call or last minute cancellation!  

Please arrive on time! We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete your consultation review and ask any questions (if any). Clients that arrive 15 minutes or later will be asked to reschedule and your deposit may be fortified. If you arrive 10 minutes late, time will be deducted from your whitening session in order to accommodate our next client.

Plush Special: Bring a Friend Payment Policy:

We do not accept split debit/credit card payments for the balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full with one credit card. If you need to split a payment, please pay with cash. When using a card to process your payment, a $3.00 transaction fee will be added to the balance. To avoid this fee, we will gladly accept CASH OR CASH APP as a form of payment. The P.S. Bring a Friend appointment can not be split into two separate dates or times. Services must be performed together as we are able to perform 2 services at the same time.

A valid debit/credit card must be on file and all services require a $20.00 pre-paid deposit that will go towards your service prior to any booked/secured appointments made. If a client doesn't choose to place a valid card on file, an appointment will not be granted. By submitting this payment, you agree to these terms that all sales are final absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted. All services must be paid upon booking appointment to secure appointment. By providing a card on file customer agrees that he/she fully understands the policies prior to booking an appointment.
